Vietnam Industrial Park started construction of warehouse and warehouse project in Ho Nai industrial park, Dong Nai province

On the morning of April 6, Vietnam Industrial Park Enterprises and An Phong General Contractor officially held the groundbreaking ceremony of the factory and warehouse project of Ho Nai Industrial Park in Ho Nai Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province.

Ho Nai Industrial Park project has a scale of 16.3 ha and is divided into 2 phases with a total floor area of ​​109,000 m2. An Phong will be mainly responsible for the entire construction work of phase 01, ensuring on schedule and quality with a total construction area of 55,529 m2. Phase 01 is expected to be handed over in Q4-2022. Currently, both units are taking steps to prepare for official construction on April 6, 2022.

Subdivision 1 will officially start construction in April, phase 1 of this subdivision will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022
